By accessing or using cash.land (the “Site”) or communicating with Cash Land LLC (“Cash Land,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) by phone, text, email, or web form (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Who We Are
Cash Land LLC is a direct buyer of vacant and rural land nationwide. We are not real estate agents, brokers, or attorneys, and we do not act in a fiduciary capacity for sellers.
3. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
Information provided on the Site or in communications is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult your own advisors regarding your specific situation.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.
5. Your Submissions
By submitting property or contact information, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it. You grant Cash Land a limited, non-exclusive license to use this information solely to evaluate your property, communicate with you, and facilitate a potential transaction.
6. Offers; No Obligation
Any offer provided by Cash Land is non-binding until a written purchase agreement is fully executed. Submitting information does not obligate you to sell, nor does it obligate Cash Land to purchase any property. All transactions are subject to due diligence, clear title, and closing requirements.
7. Communications Consent (Calls, Texts, Email)
By providing your phone number or email address, initiating contact with us, or requesting information, you consent to receive communications from Cash Land related to your inquiry. These communications may include phone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails regarding property details, scheduling, offers, and closing coordination.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
8. Closings & Third-Party Partners
To complete a transaction, we may share limited information with trusted third parties such as title companies, attorneys, or notaries. These parties operate independently and maintain their own policies. Closing timelines vary by state and transaction specifics.
9. Prohibited Uses
- Using the Site or Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes;
- Interfering with the security or functionality of the Site;
- Automated scraping or data extraction without permission;
- Impersonating another individual or entity.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and code, is owned by Cash Land LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CASH LAND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASH LAND LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cash Land LLC and its partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Cash Land is not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis in Michigan. You waive the right to a jury trial and class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first use by emailing support@cash.land with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
