Hey there! I’m Nate Adams, a Michigan native who was born and raised near Kalamazoo. One of my greatest passions is helping others. I love helping people find solutions that meet their specific needs. I have always had a keen interest in real estate. Since buying my first piece of land in July 2008, I have helped many landowners by buying their unwanted properties. With a decade’s experience in real estate and reaching my highest potential, I founded “Cash Land” with the mission to help sellers get rid of their burdens. We are a small team that does everything possible to treat sellers with the utmost dignity and respect.
With a background in computers, and worked for a data breach protecting company before founding the company, he’s breaking barriers as an ever-present family man and NBL’s President & Founder. Besides work, he spends most of his time with his wife and kids, going on trips with his trusty camper, and his fail-safe trust in his whole team.

Cristina Cangemi
Cristina has been with Cash Land since 2019 and is now our Closing Coordinator. For her, the best part of her job is letting the sellers know their checks are in the mail! and graduated with a 3.97 from Wayne State University. She enjoys working with clients to provide a hassle-free close on their property. Cristina quoted working for NBL as the “best decision of her life”. Besides transaction coordinator, she enjoys baking, reading, and arts and crafts but the beach is her second home so you can always find her there. Her life motto is “Be yourself, everyone else is already taken.”
Diana Dranto
Diana has been with Cash Land since 2021. She grew up in Lapu Lapu, Philippines, and has worked in various roles at the company and currently works on our dispositions team. A mom of two sons, in her free time she enjoys hanging out with her real family, going on walks with her dogs, and trying new restaurants. Being in Dispositions and Management + her personal skills + being very savvy on the keyboard, she’s a master of all trades, breaker of walls, and leaper of hurdles.
Joe Miller
Another techie from the other side of the world, Migs – our Lead Developer – does more than what his title says – Chatbots, websites, team tech support, content, etc. Over the wall, he’s a video gamer at heart and a passionate husband and cook for his wife, Ayen.
